ما برای هر نقاشی مشخص میکنیم که چه هویتی دارد، مشکل نقاشیهای هوش مصنوعی نیست، بلکه مشکل این است که برای مخاطب و مشتری مشخص نباشد که این نقاشی صفر تا صد توسط یکی از ارتیستها کشیده شده یا اینکه ایده و مدیریت با ارتیست بوده و ساخته شدن با هوش مصنوعی، پس هویت نقاشیها و آثار هنری به صورت زیر میباشد:
اگر که در دستهبندی special artist drown art قرار گرفته باشد، یعنی صفر تا صد کار را آرتیست آفریده (با نرمافزارهای به خصوص و دستگاههای نقاشی دیجیتال).
اگر که در دستهبندی special idea by artist قرار گرفته باشد یعنی اینکه ایده و مدیریت پرامتِ اثر، با ارتیست بوده و رندرینگ و ساختار گرافیکی با هوش مصنوعی.
اگر که در دستهبندی فوتوگرافی قرار گرفته باشد یعنی کاملا این یک عکس از منظرهی واقعی است.
اگر که در دستهی خطاطی (calligraphy) قرار گرفته باشد یعنی توسط هنرمندان خطاط ما نوشته و نگارش شده است
و اگر که در دستهی کتاب دیجیتال (ٍe-book) قرار گرفته باشد یعنی این کتاب توسط هنرمندان نویسندهی ما نوشته و آفریده شده است و در سازمانهای مرتبط، تایید و به ثبت رسیده است
اما توجه داشته باشید که همهی انواع اثار هنری موجود در سایت حق ویژهی خالقان ان اثار هست و با روشهای امنیتی محافظت میشوند، پس هرگونه دخل و تصرف و دگرگونی آثار یا ادعای مالکیت آنها یا ربودن ایدهی آنها، یا انتشار آنها به صورت شخصی غیر قانونی میباشد و پیگرد قانونی خواهد داشت.

If it is placed in the special artist-drawn art category, it means the artwork has been created entirely by the artist from zero to one hundred.
If it is placed in the special idea by artist category, it means the idea and prompt direction belong to the artist, while the rendering and graphic structure were created using artificial intelligence.
If it is placed in the photography category, it means it is a real photograph of an actual scene.
If it is in the calligraphy category, it means it was written and inscribed by our calligraphers.
And if it is in the digital book (e-book) category, it means that this book was written and created by our author artists and has been approved and registered in relevant organizations.
However, please note that all types of artworks on the website are the exclusive rights of their creators and are protected by security methods. Therefore, any modification, alteration, or claim of ownership, or release of these artworks is illegal and will result in legal action.
